WHAT AIRPORT OR STATION WILL I DEPART FROM?
All of our trips depart from London Heathrow Airport, London Gatwick Airport, or St. Pancras International Station for easy access from Central London.
WHAT CARRIERS WILL I TRAVEL WITH?
We have your safety and comfort top of mind when booking your travel, working only with highly reputable European carriers.
WHAT KIND OF ACCOMMODATION WILL I BE STAYING IN?
We carefully select our hotel partners, ensuring you sleep in style at top quality, centrally-located luxury boutique hotels recommended by the likes of Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
WHAT IS THE SURPRISE GIFT?
While we can’t tell you that (or it wouldn’t be a surprise!), here’s what you can expect to get in the post two weeks prior to your trip: the reveal of your destination, travel and hotel information, details about your pre-booked activity, local recommendations based on your stated interests, a token city gift, and more!
WILL MY ENTIRE ITINERARY BE PLANNED FOR ME?
No, we don’t believe in planning minute-by-minute itineraries, but we will provide you with tailored recommendations on things to do and where to eat and drink based on your interests so you will have plenty of room to discover your destination with freedom and flexibility!
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY DESTINATION?
We believe one of the best parts of traveling is often discovering the unexpected. Each of our trips is thoughtfully curated and you may be surprised by what you'll find in cities you've never been to and even in those you've been to before. If there are specific cities you'd like to avoid, you'll have the option to let us know upfront. So go ahead, let yourself be surprised!
WHAT IF I NEED A VISA?
All Whisk Away trips are within Europe, so residents of the UK or Ireland will not need a visa to travel. Visitors or temporary visa holders should only book with us if they possess a valid Schengen Visa.
CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY BOOKING?
You will have within 24 hours of booking to change any of the personal details you submitted for yourself or your travel companion. Any changes after this time are subject to the policies of the carrier with which you are traveling. Some carriers do not allow name changes while some charge fees for such changes.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY AVAILABILITIES CHANGE?
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way. If your schedule has changed prior to receiving your trip details, please drop us an email on email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate, but please note that changes are not guaranteed and will be subject to additional fees.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT OR TRAIN IS DELAYED?
We highly recommend getting travel insurance prior to traveling. All bookings will be made in your name and standard carrier delay and cancellation policies apply. Whisk Away does not offer protection in the event of a delay.
