These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered between www.whiskaway.co (“Whisk Away”) and any individual who purchases a trip (“you”, “your”, or “customer”).


By accessing the Whisk Away website and/or booking a Whisk Away trip, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not book with Whisk Away. Whisk Away reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Whisk Away also reserves the right to change its pricing terms and the nature of its products and services at any time, and encourages you to review these Terms prior to each booking. In accepting bookings and payments from customers, Whisk Away acknowledges that it is fully bound by the provisions of these Terms.



Whisk Away offers trips from London to European destinations, inclusive of flights, hotels, a pre-paid activity, and more. All trips are designed for two passengers and are offered at a pre-disclosed price. Precisely 50% of this price is payable upon initial booking and is non-refundable. An additional 50% of the price is payable 14 days prior to trip departure. Customers will be notified by email when it is time to make the second payment. Failure to complete the second payment will result in trip cancellation.


Any costs incurred by the customer in accessing Whisk Away’s website, booking form, or customer service representatives is to be borne solely by the customer. Whisk Away’s products and services are available only to customers who are aged 18 years or old and are residents of the UK or Ireland or possess valid Schengen visas.


Customers are required to fill out a booking form when booking a trip, which includes selection of preferred dates of travel, a theme, interests, and up to three destinations that the customer does not wish to travel to. The form also requires the customer to enter his/her full name and date of birth, the full name and date of birth of his/her traveling companion, and his/her mailing address and payment information. Once submitted, the customer has 24 hours to amend any submitted details, after which Whisk Away will proceed to plan a trip and book flights and hotels in accordance with the customer’s submitted preferences. The customer agrees that the information provided in the form is accurate and agrees to inform Whisk Away as soon as possible within 24 hours of booking if any submitted information is not accurate. Once a customer has submitted payment, Whisk Away will confirm payment via email, at which point the customer will have an opportunity to review submitted information.


Whisk Away does not have the means to validate the identity of the booking customer. If a customer believes that his/her personal information is improperly being used to make a Whisk Away booking, the customer must immediately inform Whisk Away and any relevant third parties including the credit card company or associated bank.




Bookings made through Whisk Away may be amended within 24 hours of completing the booking form. Any changes or cancellations after this are at the discretion of Whisk Away, and may be subject to change fees.


Whisk Away does not provide travel insurance in the case of unforeseen events. Travellers are encouraged to take out separate, third-party travel insurance.




Your Whisk Away experience includes only items listed in the “What’s Included” portion of the booking form. Customers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred on the trip including meals, local transportation, and additional hotel services such as mini-bar expenses.
